We at markashack operate an online gaming platform accessible via Android app, iOS web access, and desktop browser, with services available only where local law permits.

Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, potentially in data centres located in Singapore or other regional hubs. Your data travels through encrypted tunnels and is stored with industry-standard security measures. We comply with data residency requirements where applicable law mandates that certain data remain within Indonesia.
Your Rights Regarding Your markashack Data
Under Indonesian law and international privacy standards, you have the right to access your personal data held by markashack. You may request a copy of your account data, gameplay history, and verification documents by contacting our support team. We will provide this information within ten business days.
You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, address, or contact information is incorrect in your markashack account, you may update it through your account settings or request our support team to make the correction. We will update your data and notify relevant third parties if necessary.
You have the right to request deletion of your markashack account and associated personal data, provided your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding disputes. We will delete your identity and contact data, but we may retain anonymised gameplay data for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.
Cookies and Tracking on markashack
When you visit markashack via web browser or use our Android app, we deploy cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognise you, remember your login session, and track your navigation. We restrict access to your personal data to markashack staff who require it for their role and have signed confidentiality agreements.
We retain your personal data for as long as your markashack account is active. After account closure, we retain identity data for three years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, then delete it. We retain anonymised gameplay data indefinitely for fraud detection and platform research. We retain payment records for seven years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.
