markashack Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what data we collect when you use markashack, how we keep that data protected, and the rights you have over your information. We at markashack operate an online gaming platform accessible via Android app, iOS web access, and desktop browser, with services available only where local law permits.

When you open an account on markashack, register to deposit funds, or place bets on our sportsbook, live-dealer tables, or slot games, we collect certain personal and payment information. We use this data to verify your identity, process your deposits and withdrawals, manage your account, detect fraud, and comply with local gaming regulations.

Our commitment is to handle your data transparently and securely. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we use industry-standard encryption to protect it. This notice explains our full data practices; by using markashack, you consent to these practices.

What Data We Collect on markashack

We collect your personal data in several categories. First, identity data: your full legal name, date of birth, national identity number or passport number, and email address. Second, contact data: your phone number and residential address. Third, payment data: the details of your chosen deposit and withdrawal method—whether DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or a bank virtual account through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet.

We also collect gameplay and account data: your betting history, game selections, account balance, login times, and device information (device type, operating system, IP address, browser type). When you use markashack during major football tournaments such as Liga 1 or Piala AFF, or during payment adoption peaks around Idul Fitri and Idul Adha, our servers log your activity to monitor platform load and user behaviour patterns.

Additionally, we collect verification documents: photographs of your government-issued ID, and sometimes proof of address (utility bill or bank statement) when we conduct enhanced account verification. We do not collect biometric data such as fingerprints or facial scans.

Data Collection: We collect data only when necessary for account operations, legal compliance, or fraud prevention. We do not collect more than we need.

How We Use Your markashack Data

We use your identity and contact data to verify your account, confirm you are of legal age, and establish your residency jurisdiction. We confirm you are not on any gaming exclusion list and that you comply with the law in the region where you access markashack. This verification typically takes a few hours but may take longer if we need to request additional documents.

We use your payment data to process your deposits and withdrawals securely. When you deposit via mobile banking or local payment, we do not store your full payment credentials on our servers; instead, we transmit your request to the payment provider through encrypted channels. The payment provider confirms the transaction to markashack, and we record only the transaction amount and timestamp in your account history.

We use your gameplay data to track your account balance, calculate your winnings and losses, detect unusual betting patterns that might indicate fraud or account compromise, and to generate reports for your own account review. We analyse aggregate gameplay data to improve game mechanics, identify technical issues, and monitor platform performance.

We at markashack keep your personal data separate from your gameplay data and restrict access to authorised staff only.

Third Parties and Data Processors

We share your data with specific third-party service providers only to the extent necessary to deliver markashack services. Payment processors (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and the banking partners mobile banking, local payment, and online payment) receive your payment information directly when you initiate a transaction; markashack does not relay payment credentials to these providers. They process your data according to their own privacy policies.

We engage identity verification vendors to confirm your legal documents and check you against sanctions lists. These vendors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and may store your documents temporarily but do not use them for any purpose other than verification. We do not share your gameplay data with these vendors.

Our servers may sit outside your jurisdiction, potentially in data centres located in Singapore or other regional hubs. Your data travels through encrypted tunnels and is stored with industry-standard security measures. We comply with data residency requirements where applicable law mandates that certain data remain within Indonesia.

Your Rights Regarding Your markashack Data

Under Indonesian law and international privacy standards, you have the right to access your personal data held by markashack. You may request a copy of your account data, gameplay history, and verification documents by contacting our support team. We will provide this information within ten business days.

You have the right to correct inaccurate data. If your name, address, or contact information is incorrect in your markashack account, you may update it through your account settings or request our support team to make the correction. We will update your data and notify relevant third parties if necessary.

You have the right to request deletion of your markashack account and associated personal data, provided your account balance is zero and you have no outstanding disputes. We will delete your identity and contact data, but we may retain anonymised gameplay data for fraud prevention and regulatory compliance purposes.

Cookies and Tracking on markashack

When you visit markashack via web browser or use our Android app, we deploy cookies and similar tracking technologies to recognise you, remember your login session, and track your navigation. Essential cookies are necessary for markashack to function—they authenticate your login and protect against cross-site request forgery. We place these cookies automatically and you cannot opt out of them without losing core functionality.

We also use analytics cookies to track which games you view, which tournaments interest you (such as Liga 1 or Piala Indonesia matches), and how long you spend on each section. This helps us understand user behaviour and optimise markashack's interface and game selection. You may disable analytics cookies through your browser settings without affecting core platform functions.

We do not use behavioural advertising cookies that track you across the wider internet. Any advertising related to markashack is managed by us directly and does not involve third-party ad networks.

Data Security and Retention

We employ encryption (TLS 1.2 or higher) to protect data in transit between your device and markashack's servers. Your account password is hashed and salted using industry-standard algorithms; we do not store passwords in plain text. We restrict access to your personal data to markashack staff who require it for their role and have signed confidentiality agreements.

We retain your personal data for as long as your markashack account is active. After account closure, we retain identity data for three years to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations, then delete it. We retain anonymised gameplay data indefinitely for fraud detection and platform research. We retain payment records for seven years to comply with tax and financial reporting obligations.

Contact and Complaints

You may also email us directly; we will respond within five business days.
